EXECUTIVE TEAM
Together with our customer service team we support the property valuer and inspector network of multiple brands, and over 55 inspectors throughout New Zealand. All national marketing, inspector training, administration and customer service tasks are completed by the Betta Group head office team.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM
Betta Group have our own customer service team of ten individuals that are based at our Havelock North head office. Every time a customer calls us they get one of our amazing team members providing personalised service, they are here to answer your questions and help guide you through the process of using our services.
Our Customer Service Team have a five-star Google rating because they are the simply the best. Not only are they friendly but they are vastly knowledgeable on all things Betta too.

HEAD OFFICE TEAM
Alongside Betta Group’s dedicated customer service and executive team is our incredible head office team supporting Betta and our inspector network. Our dedicated team members handle everything from software support, marketing, accounts, and much more.
